Presentation

• Software and devices design for industrial textile machinery.
• Inspection of textured materials (fabrics). Development of algorithms for image analysis.
• Color image acquisition. Colorimetry through CCD cameras.
• Application of human vision models to artificial vision.
• Object recognition by optical correlation.

The lab is fitted out with image capture systems such as b&w, colour and high resolution linear CCD cameras. A controlled lighting booth is also available, as well as an antivibration optical table to perform optoelectronic assemblies. Optical and mechanic equipment. Spatial light modulators to process information in real time. Hardware and software.

Line of research: Image, Vision and Colour (22091901), within the three sublines, Image Processing (-01), Physiological Optics (-02) and Colour (-03).
